In configuration ranging from 200 – 400 µ base PVC with a coating of 20/40/60/90/120/ 180 gsm PVdC or any other customized configuration. Available in clear, coloured and white opaque variants.

TRIPLEX FILM

TRIPLEX FILM Rigid PVC/PE/PVdC PVC/PE/PVdC

Triplex are Pharma Grade laminates having excellent thermoformability and high impact strength for demanding packaging applications. These are available in 200 – 400 µ PVC base with a 20/25/30 PE laminate, coating having PVdC weights of 20 gsm to 180 gsm or any other customised configuration. Available in clear, coloured and white opaque variants.

COLD FORM BLISTER (CFB)

ATL Cold Form Blister foil, popularly called ALU/ALU, is a OPA/ALU/PVC COMPLEX. It is the material of choice for extremely sensitive pharmaceutical products, having a standard specification of 25 µ OPA with 45/50 µ ALU and 60 µ PVC laminated structure.
